An LTR Certified company is a company that has adopted the LTR philosophy. In doing so it chooses to uphold the highest possible relationship focus, both externally with its Clients and Partners and internally with its Staff. Within the company, Stakeholders, Directors and Management all view this relationship focus as a pre-condition to a truly successful long-term outcome for all parties involved.
What is the "LTR Philosophy"?
The LTR philosophy entails the full suite of relationship elements that support a complete relationship process, from the initial engagement to a stable long-term relationship. The philosophy focuses on the relationship between parties in each of the phases of the relationship process, including the relationship one has with oneself.
The LTR philosophy views a relationship as a process that starts with the "L" element, which stands for "Like", continues with the "T" element, which stands for "Trust", and is maintained with the "R" element, which stands for "Respect".
What do LTR elements represent?
Each of the LTR elements represents the following:
• The "L" element highlights that a natural relationship is initiated with involved parties naturally having good intentions within and towards each other and with both parties naturally standing positive to engaging with one another. If this first element is not achieved, the relationship in theory is not meant to be.
• The "T" element clarifies that a relationship is built upon natural inner and mutual trust, in which there is no room for purposeless non value-added processes.
• The "R" element clarifies that a relationship is naturally maintained via a continuous value-adding execution of purposeful processes in the benefit of the parties involved.
"L" related key words are:
• Sincerity
• Commitment
• Positive intention
• Win-win outcome |
"T" related key words are:
• Honesty
• Transparency
• Integrity
• Independence
• Accountability
|
"R" related key words are:
• Professionalism
• Quality
• Value for Money
• Sustainability |
A relationship is perfect if the three elements are in harmony within and among the parties.
A company that adopts the LTR philosophy chooses to uphold the highest level of relationship focus, both internally and externally. In theory all staff that are part of such a company will comply with the relationship elements, and will only focus on value-added processes. |
